    How to prepare matcha?

    • Pour 1 to 2 g of matcha and sift it into a bowl. It avoids lumps and makes the foam nicer 🌿

    • Pour 60 to 70 ml of hot water (70–80°C, no more!) 💧​

    • Whisk in a zigzag until you get a lovely green foam. When it smells good and foams up… it's ready! 🍵​

    • You can drink it as is for a traditional version or add milk to make yourself a matcha latte 💚
