    How to prepare a Matcha?

    Order your matcha kit

    • Scoop 1 to 2 g of matcha and sift it straight into a bowl. It prevents lumps and makes the foam prettier 🌿

    • Pour 60 to 70 ml of hot water (70–80°C, no more!)

    • Whisk in a zigzag until you get a nice green foam. When it smells good and foams up gently… it's ready!

    • You can drink it as is for a traditional version, or add a plant-based milk to make yourself a creamy matcha latte 💚

        What is matcha?

        Matcha is a green tea whose leaves are finely ground into powder. Unlike green tea that you steep and then throw away, here you consume the whole leaf by whisking it with hot water. The result: an intense drink, rich in taste, energy and benefits

        Where does our matcha come from?

        Our matcha comes from the Yabukita cultivar and is grown in China in perfect conditions to guarantee quality and smoothness.

        How long does delivery take? Where are the parcels shipped from?

        Orders are shipped the same day from France. Home delivery then takes an average of 3-4 business days via Colissimo.

        Delivery available throughout Europe.

        What's the difference between matcha and regular green tea?

        Where green tea is steeped, matcha is consumed in its entirety. The whole leaf, ground into powder, is drunk directly: more flavor, more antioxidants, more effect.

        Our matcha is free of bitterness. It reveals a subtle sweetness, character and a delicate vegetal note, sometimes lightly sweet.

        How long does matcha keep and how should you store it?

        Once opened, matcha keeps well sealed, away from light and heat. In the fridge, it's even better (avoiding strong smells...). Ideally to be consumed within 6 months if well stored.
