    How to prepare matcha?

    • Pour 1 to 2 g of matcha and sift it into a bowl. It avoids lumps and makes the foam nicer 🌿

    • Pour 60 to 70 ml of hot water (70–80°C, no more!) 💧​

    • Whisk in a zigzag until you get a lovely green foam. When it smells good and foams up… it's ready! 🍵​

    • You can drink it as is for a traditional version or add milk to make yourself a matcha latte 💚

        Our matcha grows in China, at the source! It comes from the Yabukita cultivar, the most widely used in Japan, but grown in China in perfect conditions to guarantee quality and smoothness. We then add flavors to create indulgent, balanced recipes.
