    How to prepare your matcha?

    • Take 1 to 2g of matcha (about half a teaspoon). Sift the powder to avoid lumps. It's quick, and it makes all the difference to the texture.

    • Add about 70 ml of water at 70–80°C (not boiling!), then whisk in an "M" shape with a chasen. The goal: a fine, light foam.

    • Once well mixed, your matcha is ready. Pour it into your prettiest cup and enjoy!

    • Craving something creamy? Add your favorite plant-based milk (almond, oat, coconut…). You can also add a few ice cubes for an ultra-fresh version.
